We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kyabram House. It was a home away from home and a great base to explore the surrounding area from. Communication with the host was easy as was check in and we had just about everything we needed. My only recommendation to other travellers would be to bring your own pillows and some ear plugs as the main road can get a bit noisy early morning- not too bad though. We loved all of the old fashioned furniture and Knick knacks.

Comfortable and cosy, we loved our stay. So close to town, and being the middle of winter it was nice and warm when we arrived! Thanks for put the heating on in advance! Our first AirBnB experience was not disappointing will definitely book again.

My mum, kids and I had a wonderful 4 nights at Kyabram House. From the minute we opened the door we felt wonderfully transported back in time in this lovely old house. Many of the features reminded my mum of her grandmothers house in nsw.. The house was well equipped and warm on the cold nights. The easy walk to town was a bonus for little legs and we met some lovely salt of the earth locals! Check out the fauna park, the pubs and drive the 30 min to Echuca for seeing the Murray! We’ll be back Paul - thanks for being so lovely.

Fabulous place to stay and definitely big enough for a family. Great wi-fi. It was good enough I could work full time. Enclosed yard was perfect and location was great. Will definitely stay again.

Nice, clean and as advertised. Great air-conditioning. Rediscovered the old skill of (hand) washing dishes. Had lots of 'quirky' things in the house (e.g. an old rotary phone and table at the front door) which brought back lots of memories to the 'oldies who stayed/visited. Our seven year old granddaughter absolutely loved it and is still talking about the Kyabram Fauna park An earlier review mentioned "noisy trucks" - I'm glad I read this so I was 'expecting' it. I didn't find it too bad and what do you expect on a 'road'.

From the outset Paul was easy to communicate with. The house is in a great location just a short walk to the shops, cafes and supermarkets. The house is spacious, plenty of parking space off the street and lots of good areas to sit and relax outside. There were only three of us but it would be a great house for a family.

Great house, very comfortable and some nostalgic pieces around the place reminds me of yesteryear! This place is great for a family...or even two 🙂 Loved the secure backyard, my furry friends loved it.

We really enjoyed the comforts of home at Kyabram House - it had everything we needed and plenty of space ... and warmth! We needed a house for family attending our father's funeral - and it worked very well. Took us back many years too. Thank you Paul

Close to the town centre for all neccesary ammenties food as in Woolies supermarket or a large IGA plenty of Eateries and cafes also tourist spots like a wildlife park and pool , let alone close to top tourism spots like vineyards and Murray river tourism spots like Echuca with it's historic museum and rides on the paddlesteamers-- try the luncheon tour on the Emmey-lou great. As for the house it self while of an older house we found it very comfortable - bedrooms were large with air con to 3 and a fan provided for the 4th. lovely to come home in 40 degree plus heat to an air con. home. back yard was of a good size and secure for children and were also able to take our dog which was an added advantage. facilities were also good as had a bbq in backyard the first night we were there and cooked in kitchen the next night tho also ate out in kyabram at local pub that we can reccomend. Beawre being a small town places close down in evening on Mon. night but with Shepperton or Echuca so close not a problem or cook at the house with plenty of plates and cooking facilities for a large meal. so Paul with all my ramblings take out what you like but just know we thourably enjoyed our time at your house and would recommend anyone to visit it for its convenience and for being a very comfortable and friendly place to stay. the locals are very friendly aswell

Paul was a great host, fast responses and super flexible, the house itself was huge and even better than the pictures! Beds were comfy with quality linens, the kitchen had everything we needed, there was a huge outdoor space for the dog to run around and an outdoor bbq we cooked on most days. Off street parking, close to town with everything we needed, we had a lovely stay!

Fantastic house. Old style but cosy and homely. Had everything we needed and perfect for a big group. Paul was a great host and very easy communication. Will highly recommend.

Good space in lounge/kitchen area and main bedroom, quirky vintage touches. Is quite a cold house but ok once you get the heating going (split systems in 2 main bedrooms, single bed kids room and lounge area). The bunk room and the other kids bedroom are out in the back porch area which was freezing, but each room had a heater. The room with 2 single beds was good, but the bunk room was a bit make shift however it made do and warmed up with the bar heater provided. We loved sitting on the chairs on the front porch in the afternoon sun.

We stayed at Paul's cottage between 23rd and 27th December. It was our Christmas away from home. Lovely cottage, nice and tidy, enough room for five of us, and our dog. We have no hesitation of recommending the place to others.

the house was immaculate, everything we needed in the kitchen, beds comfortable and a great backyard for our old dogs - with undercover deck for them. Unfortunately we arrived on the coldest day know and it was jolly cold. Overall enjoyed the house, especially the record player and old music
